To activate one of the new available plans, you may dial the code *162# from your device to request activation of any of the three available plans.
- Enter the code to confirm changing to one of the new Freedom Postpaid plans.
- Once this confirmation code is dialed, a message will be sent to your device advising that you will be contacted by and agent within 24hrs.
Once there is no outstanding balance or returned cheques in the past 6 months on your account, the Customer Care agent will activate the new postpaid plan immediately.
Should the account have an outstanding balance, you will be asked to make all necessary payments. Once payment is made, you will be required to restart activation by dialing *162# once more. Contact will again be made by a customer care representative to have the plan activated.
