Call Depletion
If you are trying to make calls and you hear an automated recording advise that the calls are being placed in an invalid route, it means that you are in Call Depletion. If your account is in this state, you will not be able to make calls except to Customer Care and emergency numbers.
To be removed from this state, you are required to Contact us with the following information:
- Affected Number
- Last number dialed
- Date and time of last call
- ID type
- ID number
- IMEI number of the phone
To get the IMEI number for your phone, you can dial *#06#. For example:
